Pathfinder Media Group is unique in the world of publishing; while most publishers take the reins of an artistic work, controlling everything from cover art to print layouts to your actual content, PMG is dedicated to helping creatives of all kinds find their own paths in the world of published media. Those who work with us become the directors of their own vision, using our resources and connections to support their journey. Our clients retain all rights to their businesses and works, preserving their control over what they created. While PMG provides connections, resources, services, consulting, and more in order to foster a cohesive process from start to finish, the final decisions will always be with the person or persons who created the art. PMG is a disabled veteran-owned Not-For-Profit* primarily dedicated to helping other veterans, minority and at-risk groups, and disabled persons realize their goals of traditional publishing without the risk that accompanies giving up creative control, losing majority earnings, or suffering from the predatory practices of “Hybrid Publishers” or “Vanity Presses”.
PMG is also spinning up our own, in-house involvement in multimedia beginning Winter 2025. Starting with Write and Wrong, a podcast in which Zachary and JD (and guests!) discuss writing, storycrafting, worldbuilding and more. Pathfinder is poised to continue expanding into the world of visual and audio content through a tabletop RPG “Actual-Play” show (inspired by our friends over at Critical Role) on Twitch, YouTube, and Spotify, and other amazing projects will be announced closer to their launch. Whether you’re an author, comic book artist, podcaster, YouTuber, or Twitch streamer, we are dedicated to giving indie creators their voice and their growth through a platform more powerful than going at it alone. Expand your reach, see your product on shelves, or simply raise awareness. We’re here for you. We light the path. You walk the road.
At PMG, we don't just talk, we act. From Legacy of sorrow to Odenseye, we've already walked the path oursleves. Starting with the roughest of rough drafts, we've spent years refining and building our published novels, working with artists from across the world to prove that we have what it takes to navigate the world of publishing.
